Résumé

First started learning music at the age of 6. Formally trained for 7 years as a piano player. Began composing at 12, 1998, on Playstation 1, and sold the console 2 years after only to get any computer that is remotely capable, determined to do music.

Play and improvise on the piano. Play guitars (acoustic, bass, electric).
Produce all my songs exclusively myself.

Teaching music production since 2009. Taught classes for 200 people rooms, 10 people rooms; 1-on-1 consultation work almost exclusively now as a main occupation. Lead a successful edutainment page with ~50k followers. I think I have very, very good ideas on how to tackle most of the problems I myself encountered. Hundreds of students and thousands of hours of experience. A separate resource about that is incoming, but if you’d like to inquire about a teaching slot and my rates, please email me.

Got my first song signed to a major game in 2006, that being ITG3, which sadly never got released.

As a stepmaker, participated in multiple stepmaking competitions, accepted in multiple packs, mostly Stepmania, but also notably, won a key-sounded competition of IIDX files. Created custom files for DDR, ITG, PIU, ParaPara, IIDX, Rhythm Horizon (9/18 panel) formats. For a while, I was the only stepmaker with a résumé in the country. Done syncing, consultation, and sound work (editing, mastering) for Rhythm Horizon.

Other “credits” include multiple community-driven games, like FlashFlashRevolution, ITG, Stepmania, osu!, etc.

1st, 4 times in a row national DDR champion in Russia (2005-2007). 1st Russian Pump It Up champion (2005), representing Russia in World Pump Festival 2005. A number of other wins in different regional and national rhythm-games competitions. As far as we know, possibly the first person to get an AAA on a DDR machine in the country. Organized multiple local and national events, done community work, created many community-adjacent art like “opening” songs for competitions, Bemani remixes, custom rhythm-games mixtapes, local memes on the topic, parody music, first ever Russian podcast about the scene, etc. Spent time popularizing rhythm games in the CIS region by organizing smaller and bigger events, lectures, demonstrations, working with arcades and their representatives, doing articles on simmaking, etc.

Participated as a composer in a KVR One Synth Challenge over 10 times, winning on the first attempt and getting top 5 placements multiple times.

Performed solo live on stage dozens of times, both with original material and as a cover artist.

Speak fluent Russian and I’m-really-trying-very-hard English.
